The San Diego Rowing Club is offering two sessions of Adult Sweep Rowing Classes in June and July 2015. Each course consists of 12 Hours, 6 classes and the fee is $230. This course introduces sweep (team boat) technique, terminology, and water safety using a training barge, then moving quickly into the sleek racing shells.
